Extreme™

Extreme™ is used:
- To produce a high quality glossy finish color on existing metal roofs
- To create standing seam metal roof replica with the Sealoflex Standing Seam System™ (patent pending)
- To coat existing roof accessories such as flashings, gutters, drain pipes to create an attractive appearance.

Extreme™ displays the following advantages:
- Ultra Violet and Ozone resistant
- Excellent resistance to algae and mildew growth
- Waterbased for easy clean up
- Environmentally safe with low VOC?s
- Adheres to almost any roof or building substrate.

Surfaces must be dry, clean and free of dust, loosely adhering particles, oil or grease. Particular care must be taken to degrease new galvanized surfaces.
Priming
Unprotected Iron or Steel must be primed with Rust-X 2020™ followed by Sealoflex Metal Etch Primer™.
Existing Painted Surfaces must be primed with Sealobond Primer WB™.
Clean Non-Ferrous Metals need not be primed.

Extreme™ may be brush, roller or spray applied. Airless spray equipment will provide a good atomized spray pattern. For roller application, use a 1/2” to 3/4” nap roller.
Note: Mechanically mix Extreme™ well, as pigment may settle over time.

To waterproof a roof surface, use the appropriate Sealoflex system and finish with Extreme™ to give the required effect.

Extreme™ can be rinsed with water. Dissolve dried Extreme™ with Quickclean™ (available from Sealoflex) and rinse with water.

Brush, roller and spray applications will give different surface effects. Care must be taken when using different application methods on the same project that variations in finish doo not create an undesireable result.

140 sq. ft. per gallon per coat. Apply a minimum of two coats.
70 sq. ft. per gallon (inludes both coats)

Note: Do not apply more than 10 wet mils per layer.
